Sure Results Academy – CRM Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) software and related services provided by Sure Results Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all CRM sub-accounts resold through our platform.

By purchasing, accessing, or using a Sure Results Academy CRM sub-account, you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. CRM Platform Overview

Sure Results Academy provides access to a CRM platform powered by GoHighLevel, delivered as a resold sub-account under our master agency license.

We are not GoHighLevel, Inc.

We do not own the underlying software

We provide access, configuration, and support as a reseller

Use of the CRM is subject to:

These Terms

Any acceptable use policies imposed by GoHighLevel

All applicable laws and regulations


2. Account Access & Eligibility

To access the CRM, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate billing and account information

Use the CRM for lawful business purposes only

You are responsible for:

All activity under your account

Keeping login credentials secure

Ensuring your usage complies with these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are violated.


3. Subscription, Billing & Payments

3.1 Subscription Fees

CRM access is provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual, depending on plan selected).

Fees are billed in advance

All payments are non-refundable

Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to:

Adjust pricing with prior notice

Modify plans or features based on upstream platform changes

Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance.


4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of software access and licensing:

All CRM sales are final

No refunds for partial use, unused time, or account termination

No refunds due to lack of usage, misunderstanding, or business results


5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the CRM for:

Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or robocalling

Illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activities

Copyright or trademark infringement

Harassment, abuse, or malicious automation

Activities that violate Twilio, Meta, Google, or carrier policies

Violations may result in:

Immediate suspension

Permanent termination

Loss of data

Reporting to upstream providers if required


6. Messaging, Email & Phone Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

TCPA compliance

CAN-SPAM compliance

Consent collection and record-keeping

Messaging content and campaigns

Sure Results Academy:

Does not guarantee message deliverability

Is not responsible for blocked numbers, carrier filtering, or account shutdowns caused by misuse


7. Data, Backups & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Your data

Your contacts

Your funnels, workflows, and assets

We do not guarantee:

Data recovery

Backups

Protection against accidental deletion

We strongly recommend:

Regular exports

Independent backups of critical data


8. Support & Training

CRM access may include:

Basic onboarding

Documentation or tutorials

Community or group support (if offered)

We do not guarantee:

Custom builds

One-on-one technical consulting

Immediate response times

Business results or profitability

Advanced setup or services may require separate paid agreements.


9. Results Disclaimer

Sure Results Academy makes no guarantees regarding:

Leads

Sales

Revenue

Business success

Advertising performance

Results depend on factors including:

Skill

Budget

Effort

Market conditions

Compliance

You acknowledge that software alone does not produce income.


10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your CRM access at any time

Do so without refund

Remove accounts that jeopardize platform integrity or compliance

Upon termination:

Access is revoked

Data may be permanently deleted

You are responsible for exporting data prior to cancellation


11. Platform Changes & Availability

The CRM is dependent on third-party infrastructure.

We are not liable for:

Downtime

Feature changes

API limitations

Software updates or removals

Provider outages

Access is provided “as is” and “as available.”


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sure Results Academy shall not be liable for:

Lost profits

Business interruption

Data loss

Advertising account bans

Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for CRM access in the preceding 30 days.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sure Results Academy from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the CRM

Your marketing activities

Your failure to comply with laws or policies

Third-party claims related to your business


14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updates will be posted on our website

Continued use constitutes acceptance

It is your responsibility to review periodically


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This campaign sends appointment information - confirmation & reminder messages to customers once they have booked an appointment with Sure Results Academy on website and opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from Sure Results Academy.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
